Although I may not be someone whose voice was often heard, I have a simple message to share that is found within God's Word.

You may never have heard me offer aloud an eloquently spoken prayer, but from my heart I prayed for you because for you I cared.

I hope you know the source from which the love you felt came from. It was the love of Christ in me; The love of God's own Son.

The peace you felt when you drew near was not just something of man, but a peace that flowed from knowing Christ and knowing He has a plan.

How awesome is His love for us that He gave His only Son, who shed His blood on Calvary so the victory could be won.

For our days on earth are numbered; we have a better home, and when we hear the trumpet sound we'll gather around His throne.

In the quiet stillness of the night I heard The Master's voice, as He gently whispered to my soul and caused my heart to rejoice.

He said, "It's time to come home, my child, your time on earth is through. Come enter into the home I've prepared, for I've been waiting for you."

So as you look upon this day do not be overcome with tears, for if you give your life to Christ, one day you'll join me here.

This world is not my home for I'm just passing through. In the scope of life eternal, my days on earth are few. Father, I thank you for the hope that we have in You and the promise of a better tomorrow to be spent with You eternally in Your heavenly home.  The times and memories that we have shared with our loved ones here are precious, but they are nothing compared to the time when we will be reunited with them and spend our lives together forever in Your holy presence.  Lord, you know the needs of each person that visits this site and where they stand in their relationship with You.  I ask that you minister to them as is needed and draw each one into a closer walk with You.  Grant mercy and grace to those in need of salvation or a restoration in their relationship with You.  Grant peace to those in turmoil, comfort to those who are hurting, and embrace each one so that they know that You are near and love them so very much.  Thank you for the gift of your Son and the price that He paid for the redemption of our sins.  May we forever bring glory, honor and praise to Your most holy name.  In Jesus' name we pray... amen!

Hi Friend ~ the joy of the Lord to you ! I am more than ready for the rapture to take place any day and just whenever the Lord decides it's time to go is fine with me  :  )  This world can be cold and hard at times and filled with lots of heartache, so I began this page a few weeks ago as a reminder that we have a better place awaiting us.   I stalled on finishing it, however, until a friend of mine's son passed away this week... then I knew that I must finish what the Lord had already inspired me to begin. The first poem, The Believer's Farewell, was written a couple of years ago for the family of a very dear friend of mine that had passed away.  She had a quiet strength about her and slipped away quietly in the night.  The poem reflects what I think she would have shared with her family at that time if she had been able to.  At her funeral, one of her daughters went to the altar and received Jesus as her savior.  My, how I think that her mom was rejoicing in heaven with the angels when that took place. The second poem, This World Is Not My Home, was written for a wonderful sister in Christ ~ Marge. A couple days ago her son, H.B., also, quietly went to be with the Lord during the night.  I didn't know H.B. but I know he was a believer and that his mother is a wonderful sister in Christ and a strong prayer warrior.  Her strength and faith in Christ since her son's passing has been remarkable and she is an encouragement to me to keep holding on tightly to that faith and hope we have in Jesus no matter what comes before us. I pray that you have been blessed by the messages I have shared with you on this page as the Lord has guided and directed.  May you always keep looking to heaven and seeking out the face of our Lord who is waiting to bring you home to be with Him forever.
